FGG/BM/CZ™ System Compatible Program

CPVC domestic water, fire sprinkler, and industrial piping systems have been used successfully for more than 45 years in new construction, re-pipe and repair. CPVC products are ideally suited for these applications due to their outstanding corrosion resistance.

Occasionally, however, CPVC and PVC can be damaged by contact with chemicals found in some construction and ancillary products such as thread sealants, leak detectors, firestops, etc.  Because of this, the FGG/BM/CZ™ System Compatible Program was created. 

The FGG/BM/CZ™ System Compatible Program is designed to test and monitor ancillary products on an ongoing basis to ensure chemical compatibility with the TempRite^® CPVC products listed in the table below.

Thanks to this exclusive program, installers can simply check the label for the FGG/BM/CZ™ System Compatible mark.  In part to this program, billions of feet of FlowGuard Gold^®, Corzan^®, and BlazeMaster^® pipe have been successfully installed in millions of homes, condominiums, apartments, hotels and high-rise buildings around the world without incident.
